All,
Practice tomorrow, 7:00 at Walker Park. We're trying to be flexible for practice times in order to get more out. Come. Everyone could use the chance to get in a run and touch a rugby ball.
It would also be nice to gauge the interest for the remainder of the summer. At the very least, we're trying to place a team in the Georgia Games at Life Univ on July 10 (10s) and at Chattanooga on July 17 (7s).
I'm planning on taking some to Birmingham Sat. Let us know if you are interested.

All,
Thanks to those who played Saturday at Woodward. The play was good and we also brought some new guys into the mix. But, it was definitely not the High Country team that placed 1st and 2nd last year.
Which brings me to my point. It's been six weeks since our run ended in Fla. It was a long season. We've all needed that time - and probably more - to bring our lives back to normal.
The summer sevens season is a chance for us to get in an occasional run while still having a little fun. Many have expressed interest, few have organized. We have Walker Park reserved for Wednesdays. We should use it or combine with another team to get a regular practice going.

Trevor, Billy, and Shaun have a team playing in the Buckhead 7's this Saturday at Woodward Academy in College Park.
Woodward is on Rugby Ave in College Park. There are 2 fields for sure, a lower and upper. Take Rugby into Woodward. Go around to Cambridge and go to back of campus. The upper field has bleachers.
Be ready at 9am or call Brillo 404-358-1470 for more info.

High Country entered 2 teams in the Buckhead 7's. We were a little short as usual, and added Gene from Montgomery and his friend, with the pregnant wife. We played eight games losing none, and tying the Piglets from Athens. We avenged our tie by beating the Piglets in the quarter finals to advance one of our teams to the finals. The other quarter finals match was against our old friends the Renegades. It was there second side. This was our second time playing them as well, and the results were 2 wins over the Renegades B side.

the Charleston Memorial Day 7 s on May 24th. There will be both a Men s

Hello, I know it has been a while since you last heard from me, but I have
been a little busy traveling for work and some leisure.
I want to start by saying that this summer is going to be lots of fun. We will
play approximately 4-6 tourneys with everyone getting to play that wants to
play. So if you have any suggestions please get in touch with me. I have
heard some rumors of playing in Vegas/Cape Fear/Destin/Tampa/Panama
City/Charleston/Myrtle Beach.
