International Greetings from Australia where everything so far is either poisonous, carnivorous or both. This include plant, animals and people. We are currently in sunny Cairns.

This was our home base from which we journeyed to the Great Barrier reef for a day of snorkling. We began our trip in the company of Huw and Claire Werrett who reside in Darwin. This recently transplanted Welsh family sure know how to treat their guests well. There are miles of great beaches there but no one goes near them because of Box jellyfish, sharks and crocodiles the size of Buicks. This country is absolutely crazy for rugby. Joyce and I are looking forward to attending the Scotland/USA test in Brisbane this Monday. And believe it or not they drink a lot of beer around here.
