Gentlemen:
For those of you who were not part of the celebration Saturday night, we are proud to inform you that High Country won the Hotter than Hell 7's this past Saturday.
Not that taking first isn't enough to drink ourselves into oblivion, but we beat Old White in the semi-finals 14-10 and then beat the heavily favored Auburn team 17-7 in the final. Both matches were full-on brawls with plenty of hard hits and tenacious defense. As the day went on, our boys got better and better with the ball and played as a team all day. Auburn had beat HC in the 3rd round earlier that day 21-0.
