o Responsible for ensuring that an annual audit is undertaken to review the Club’s financial records. This audit shall be consistent with generally accepted cash accounting principles;
o Substitute, with the advice and counsel of the Executive Committee, elected members due to resignation or removal.

· Vice-President: This officer will act in all capacities as the President whenever the President is not available at Club meetings or functions. This is a position that could potentially be combined with another.
