The South Collegiate camp is being held the weekend of May 17th,18th and 19th at Life College in Marietta. We are expeting a good turnout of some of the Best players coming and training next weekend.
Our Training Schedule for next week is as follows:
Fri-17th-5pm Hotel Check in Wingate Inn at Franklin Rd @ Delk in Marietta.
- 6pm- 8pm Fitness Testing & Training
- Sat-18th- 9am- Training
- 1pm- Training(Afternoon maybe combined as 1)
- 4pm- Training
- Sun-19th-8am Training
- 10am Possible/Probables Scrimmage
We are allocating any Club wishing to approach these players a chance to Host a Team meal at your Clubs Expense or you Can Donate Approximatley $5-$6 per player for a meal. This will be determined by the Number. Under 50 players $6/player over 50 $5/player. We feel this is fair only so clubs do not have to outlay over $300 and break your budget.
Meals to be Sponsored-
Friday Night Dinner-After 8pm
Saturday Lunch-After 11am
Saturday Night Dinner- After 5pm
As part of this Donation you can hand out Literature to these players about your club and if you can be here, Speak to them as a group. This will depend on your option of dontaion or taking them to eat.
If you are out of town, we will hand the Literature out for you and advise them to contact your club individually. Payment will be needed at time of meeting or when you send literature. Make Payment out to the South Rugby Union.
All Union Presidents would you forward this to your respective clubs. Also, if any Union wishes to make a dontation you can do this as well.
