Gentlemen of High Country:
Our annual pilgrimage of Rugby and debauchery to Savannah will begin on the 14th of March and end on the 17th. We will play on the 15th and the 17th.
To this end, we have our lodging worked out. We will be staying in the Budget Inn. This place is named very appropriately. The upside of the Rathole is this: It is cheap! Considering that we are planning on the Maggotfest Tour in May, the Rathole is a good plan.
The details you ask.
The approximate cost (within a dollar or two) is $70 per man (4 to a room) for the entire weekend. I will gladly accept deposits (I need one man's take for each room) before the event. If we do not have commitment of this by the 15th of February, I will need to cancel some of the rooms as I am currently on the hook personally for each room. One person per room will have to ante up a credit card to secure payment. If you want to commit to a room with your card, I will take your info or you can personally commit to the room with the Budget Inn. You just need to leave your credit card and pay cash at the hotel if you want to.
So, please reply with your interest and intent ($$$) on going to this FUN tournament. If you have never been before, you need to go. I do need an accurate count by the 15th so I can cancel or secure more rooms as we currently have five reserved. Please feel free to e-mail me at
