[Sinbin] IMPORTANT RUGBY STUFF

As noted below we are 5K short of names. It's time to catch the Ref
looking the other way. Get your co-workers, friends, wives, girlfriends,
mistresses, boyfriends, gigolos, kids, parents, grandparents, Uncle
Cletus who smells like bologna, any one you can think of to log on and
sign this stupid petition!  If this falls through, what a waste of an
opportunity!
I am particularly disappointed in the responses from the Women's rugby
community and the Canadian rugby community. Women's Rugby is the fastest
growing segment of USA rugby and there are more Canadian ruggers than
there are in the US. So I am really surprised at how under represented
they both were in the last break out of who had completed the survey.  
So, know any Canadian or women ruggers? Get on them to complete the
survey and urge their mates to do the same!!
