Gregg,
Get Drapeau on the GRU, or someone responsible from HC, maybe an old boy
if no active player is suitable. It is a big asset to the club and gives
you control over things like scheduling, brackets etc.

Its fine to use my office board room for sundays GRU meeting. Its free
and it has all the coffee and drinks we will need.
11-4pm
>From the Atlanta Airport 
Take I-85 North into downtown.  Exit Spring Street.  Take your first
right and follow the street signs to West Peachtree Street.  Turn Left
onto West Peachtree Street.  Go a couple of blocks (north) and turn
right onto 5th Street.  Take your first left into the parking deck for
the Biltmore.  Park in any visitors parking space.  All visitors should
go to the 8th floor reception area and the receptionist will contact
your party and have them meet you there.    
>From I-75 South 
Take I-75 south to the North Avenue exit.  Turn left and cross back over
the highway.  Turn left onto West Peachtree Street.  Go to 5th street
and turn right.  Take your first left into the parking deck for the
Biltmore.  Park in any visitors parking space.  All visitors should go
to the 8th floor reception area and the receptionist will contact your
party and have them meet you there.

Marta from the Airport 
Take Marta on the northbound line to the North Avenue exit station.
Follow the signs to the West Peachtree Street side (north).  Go a couple
of blocks north and the Biltmore is on your right.  (If you are walking
with traffic, you are going the right way.  West Peachtree Street is one
way – going northbound). All visitors should go to the 8th floor
reception area and the receptionist will contact your party and have
them meet you there
