First let me say that I WAS at practice last Tuesday. So the stories
are true, I am still alive. It was great to get out of the house and I
just might do it again soon.
Second, for anyone who has me in their address book, my email address
has changed to rugbyturner at bellsouth.net.
Lastly. I have been toying with the idea of creating a website that
shows off the athletic prowess of High Country in actual moving pictures
and more than just lineouts. I think I have now put together a usable
combination of techniques to actually pull this off. I have the domain
registered and at this moment the website is running on an old computer
while I build a better version on a faster one.
I will make as many of the games as I can. Those that I can't, Brian
Murray has agreed to help film and, if he can't make it, I am willing to
send my extra video camera with whoever wants to try their hand at
catching the other Neanderthals in action. You don't have to worry
about how good your camera work is. I can't put the whole game on the
internet so I only need one or two moments that are in focus.
Therefore, I plan on adding both good and bad plays so you guys had
better get to practice and work on ball handling. It could be you
committing the knock on for the world to see. Doh! I hope to have images
from the parties as well, but I promise any footage of you getting
arrested can be destroyed for the right price.
When you get a chance go to www.rugbyidiot.com and let me know if my
experiment worked. Please send your serious questions or comments
directly to me at this address rugbyturner at bellsouth.net. Any smart ass
comments can of course be sent to the Sinbin for all to enjoy.
Cheers,
JT
