Subject: [Info] SERRS ASSIGNMENTS WEEK 9
This email is going out to all clubs in the Georgia, North Carolina, and
Palmetto Unions, and to SERRS refs
Attached are the SERRS Assignments for Week 9.  Please review the ENTIRE
schedule.  Make sure your matches, both home and away, are accurately
reflected on the schedule.  If your matches are not listed correctly, email
me and I will update the schedule accordingly.
For each of your home matches, you are required to timely contact the ref
assigned to your match.  Timely contact means that the ref gets contacted in
a manner in which he or she can respond by 10 pm of the Wednesday before the
match.  I encourage you to contact your assigned ref EARLY in the week by
BOTH PHONE AND EMAIL.  If your assigned ref is not timely contacted, he or
she will be reassigned.
