I will rent ($800/mo), lease to own, or sell ($$ Negotiable- call). It's

patio. 
Grounds are well kept with great pool. Quiet yet still walking distance
to Buckhead shops and restaurants, bars.  Gated and secured parking and
grounds. Ground floor unit. Can walk from parking to unit.  Pets are
okay.
Safe for single female. Would make a good corporate apartment as well.
