Instructions on Competition Guide
Find Team on "Teams & Pools" tab, read Designation.
Find Designation on  "Fields & Times" tab.
Each pool in the qualifier had to be moved off of the Stadium Field for one match in order to end at a reasonable hour.
This schedule may change the day of due to cancellations and/or delays.
All fields are walking distance and there locations will become evident once at Woodward Academy.
I am looking for a team to move up and become the 16th team in the qualifier division. Please contact me ASAP.
If no-one volunteers than Charlotte (as defending tourney champs) gets the advantage of having a bye.
In that scenario, Whomever winds up 3rd in Pool C will get a third game against somebody.
The Piglets are going to play in the Social division - they just are not in a bracket right now.
Sarasota Exiles emailed me at 12 pm today looking to get in the social, I am going to try and get them in either bracket.
Therefore, If we have 11 or 12 in the social, I will revise the brackets for 4 pools of 3.
Either way Social games will still begin at 9:40 AM.
General Information
Captains Meeting at 8:00 AM. Items covered.
	- Collection of remaining fees
	- Collection of CIPP rosters for qualifier teams (available on USA Rugby South website)
	- Head Referee Ed Ward instructions.
	- Distribution of water (2 gallons per team entered)
	- Distribution of tournament materials
All Divisions - Rosters will be limited to 12 players. You can play all 12 in each match if you want.
Tie Breakers for all Pools all Divisions (in order)
	1. Head to Head
	2. Score Differential (Total scored less Total allowed)
	3. Points scored
	4. Coin flip
Facility
Woodward Academy is a private school, therefore NO alcohol is permitted.
NO dogs either at request of the school.
Do not parallel park in the neighborhood as the area is prone to parking tickets.
Many parking lots are available around the stadium and Parade field.
Bathrooms & Concessions will be available at both the Stadium & Lower fields.
Ice will be available at the Stadium concession stand for injuries.
