Required Experience

î         Previous Internet Help Desk Experience and/or familiarity with the following:

-Internet connectivity (dial-up networking)
-Windows versions 3.1, 95, 98, NT
-Internet applications: Internet Explorer, Netscape, and other windows based programs
-FTP applications
-Specific error messages related to internet connectivity
-Web-hosting/domains

î         Previous Local Telephone Experience in troubleshooting, customer service or provisioning.
î         Pervious Long Distance Telephone  Experience (Including 8xx Service & Calling Cards) in troubleshooting, customer service or provisioning

 Pay & Benefits

Starting pay is $10 - $13/hour based on experience – salary review after 6 months.
