Any club not attending GRU meetings is subject to a fine of $100.00 unless they can provide a valid reason (deemed valid by executive committee) for not attending.
Proxy does not constitute attendance. Clubs may appeal one fine per year.

Passed unanimously.

Clemson University asked that their tour to the UK be supported by the GRU. After much discussion about the precedent that this may set it was decided to provide the asked for support ($400.00). This type of support is to be decided on an individual case basis at the GRU's discretion.

Issues to be discussed at the next Meeting
--To have each club provide youth liaison to Youth Development Officer, Jason Weeks or be fined. Such fine to go towards youth development within the GRU.

--Discuss reducing collegiate dues or providing a stipulation where clubs that are not financially supported by their school may pay lower dues.
