Saturday, the 6th of September 2003, High Country played their season opener against Columbus.

1st game of fall season, with alot of new players. Lost to Columbus 14-13.
We played well early, but didn't ruck well, and lost in second half. Some
good support on long runs.

2nd game was against Montgomery. Played much better, and had a better flow
to game. Picked up some players from Birmingham, and they played very well,
especially the fullback.

Overall, very tough day for ball handling, it poured non-stop, as the
hurricane approached us. Lars, and Brad's 1st game for us, and both played
well. Lar's played well for his 1st rugby game ever.

Old Boys were represented by Clint "Teenwolf" Stallings.

A good day overall.
