We will begin practice on Tuesday January 7 at 7PM at Washington Park.

I know previously I had stated that we are going to run at Grady HS, but after thinking about it I believe we can run at Washington Park for the first 1 hour and then end practice with touch (we will have lights). Thursday's practice will focus on mainly gettting ready for Saturday's games with a little bit of conditioning. So if you travel like me for work you should try to get back by Thursday evenings if at all possible for practice.
